Our team has hundreds of years of seafood experience, many are from fishing families and we wanted to create a brand that shared the philosophy and values of this heritage. An island life in often harsh conditions drives a true zero waste approach to food and Sùlaire is proud to take a holistic approach to production.

We have a zero waste policy on all protein so our drive for quality that produces the finest cuts of salmon is equalled by our focus on no wastage which in turn produces useful bi-products for other industries. We also have one of the highest levels of recyclable material usage in the industry.
