Salmon Portions

Salmon portions can be provided in a range of sizes and trim (skinned or skinless, with a variety of packaging options (skin pack trays, using either standard or microwavable packaging / chain packs with microwavable or boilable films, Promens tray, or boxed individually frozen portions) depending on whether the product is required for retail or wholesale / food service markets. Portion sizes can be tailored to meet our client’s requirements from individual serving portions in dual packs to multipacks in tray format or chain pack. Salmon loins are also available in several packaging options.
