Product Diversity

There are several product types within our product range, from lightly smoked, Infused salmon and salmon with flavour toppings. Using a combination of beech and cherry wood (from sustainable sources) to lightly smoked salmon provides a sweet succulent treat. A minimally processed ready meal with a satisfying flavour. Very moreish.

The infused salmon currently has two distinctive flavours, a combination of ginger, chilli and lime which are individually distinctive but together provide a more complex flavour blend. The red Thai spice has a little more heat for those who like a full on flavour. Our pastrami fillet takes the already tasty Lightly Smoked Salmon and adds the additional element of a pastrami dressing giving not only a stunning visual appearance but a taste sensation which lasts and lasts. Fortunately this is provided in a 1kg vacuum pack so a second portion is likely.
