Salmon Fillets

Fresh salmon fillets can be supplied in a variety of trims from A to F, in all sizes from 1-3kg to 9+kg, quality grades (Superior / Production / Ordinary), as well as the option of skinless, descaled, or boned. Deep skinning and brown meat removal are two additional options. Salmon can be boxed in standard polystyrene, air freight boxes or individually vacuum packed then boxed in polystyrene outers.

Pastrami Salmon Fillet

This takes the already tasty Lightly Smoked Salmon product and adds the additional element of a pastrami dressing giving not only a stunning visual appearance but a taste sensation which lasts and lasts. Fortunately this is provided in a 1kg vacuum pack so a second portion is likely.
